“I am not sure how I stumbled upon this podcast.. I really may have just typed “happy” into the search bar, because I was in a low place and just wanted to be happier. Well, luck had it that I found this podcast, which has changed my life. Gretchen’s wisdom has helped me create habits that have improved my life so much, and I absolutely adore listening to her and Liz and they share their tips, tricks, and lives with us!!! 10/10 would recommend (and I have to many people in my life!) I am forever grateful for Gretch and Elizabeth!!!”
