Back up there..
At first, 5 episodes, I was wondering how I had quite missed this? My review dropped as the ethos of this programme is fantastic. Yet, there is a common dismissive theme that pops up. I.e what does Jan from Leed’s opinion matter? Comments that it’s just ok to ignore emails from people at the beginning of their ventures or careers. From those at the end or peek of theirs? The success of some of those interviewed, I just wonder if they are forgetting their roots - the people who would have helped them achieve their goals? Surely the programme is encouraging towards the acceptance of self and others. So this dismissive hue, is frustrating. Some episodes exceed others. Enjoy the joy from the gems, and work through the episodes that invoke confusion; and prepare for privileged speakers - not many speak too rough, which must be part of their desirability to be heard. So many good themes none the less.

I absolutely love everything Fearne does and this is no different! I suffer from anxiety myself and Fearne always manages to navigate me to calm so it’s really enjoyable and refreshing to listen to her talking with other people about their experiences and how they navigate their way to calm.
