Should be renamed the Promotional Place
I’ve listened to Happy Place since it began years ago, back when guests were genuinely chatting about their experiences of life and how they’ve handled mental health challenges. Unfortunately the podcast and Fearne seem to have lost all integrity. Guests have a new book, album or TV show to promote and it seems to be just another podcast they’re doing as part of their PR campaign. I get how media works but it’s just become so obvious. I sometimes drop back into the podcast only to find myself rolling my eyes at how insincere and sanctimonious the guests (and now sadly Fearne) sound.

I am so in love with this podcast, I’ve listened to both episodes and am so excited for the next ones. Fearne is excellent at allowing the subject of the podcast evolve and coaxes the story from the guest wonderfully. Such inspiring guests, I can’t wait for the next episode.

A wonderful podcast - I listened to the first 2 podcasts whilst walking my dog before work and thoroughly enjoyed both - can’t wait for the next episodes!
