“I am 18 years old and have been coaching since the age of 14. I have coached ages 8-16, and am very passionate about coaching, I currently coach AAU, but plan to continue coaching and progress to the next level. I started searching for a podcast in order to gain insight and better develop my personal coaching philosophy. The podcast about being friends with your athletes is very powerful. It just reaffirms what I have been doing in the past. I'm not so interested in players liking me but because I'm so young players tend to cling to me, but also they know and have the respect factor toward me as a coach. Any who great podcast keep up the good work.”
