Description
Michelle Lemoi has had an incredible career in the construction industry. Michelle started working in construction at 19, was working on the Big Dig in Boston in her twenties, and eventually ran her own steel erecting company. She’s seen her share of challenges, overcome endless “mansplaining” and discrimination and shattered glass ceilings, soaking up every life lesson along the way. Today her company, Elevate Women In Construction works with construction companies to help them elevate the women who work for them through speaking engagements and workshops.
