She really is your breakup bestie
Kendra has this very gentle, beautiful way of looking into your wounds and handling them with such care and love. I cried on the episode of cutting yourself some slack while driving home in the car because I realized just how hard I was being on myself in trying to get over heartbreak as quickly and efficiently as possible but she gently lets you realize that emotions just don’t operate that way. I’m so lucky to have Kendra to provide such pearls of wisdom as a soldier of heartbreak herself. You inspire me to realize you can be strong and soft and human and warrior and loving and fearless all at once.

More reviews of Heal Your Heartbreak
After discovering Kendra on Instagram a short time ago and loving her content I decided to check out her podcast and was not disappointed!! She is very real and relatable. She doesn’t downplay the pain of anyone’s experience and genuinely conveys empathy, comfort and hope.

Same advice people have been giving since 5000 BC. Points like keep yourself busy, don’t beat up on yourself or blame your ex. Treat yourself. Maybe this advice would be helpful to the teenager after a first breakup but absolutely nothing fresh here. Truly uninspired.

Truly an amazing podcast. It’s a huge reason why I’ve been able to heal. Seeing things from her perspective is a game changer
