Validating and exactly what I’m looking for
I love life changing service and worth. This podcast is taking themselves to the next level. I have listened to lots of podcasts that share their personal experience on betrayal trauma. I honestly need the information and validation more.
Mrs
I came across this podcast several months ago and have listened to most if not all of the episodes since. I appreciate the information shared, and the many different guests on this show. Fourteen years ago, I left my marriage of 31 years because I could no longer live in a situation that included emotional abuse, mental abuse, and I was beginning to be physically threatened. I had so many questions at that time and so much that I didn't understand. Although I have taken many steps to heal since then, this show has helped me to progress to a much better time and place than I was then. Thanks for all that you do!
Betrayal Recovery Lifesaver
I have been listening to this weekly podcast since I found out about it 3 months ago. It has been an answer to my prayer and call for help. I have learned more about myself and my worth as a betrayal trauma survivor than I have with just my individual therapy sessions for the past 3 years. I can connect with these wonderful ladies and their experiences without having met them in person. Thank you Ladies for this great program and for sharing your vulnerability and authenticity with your listeners!!
