Great podcast but it’s hard to take the host seriously with his speech impediment at times, E.g. “wif” for with “Feory” for theory “Healf” for health Who knew there were so many words with the “th” sound. With respect, it’s very distracting. Apart from that, great content!

Would be worth doing a segment on supplements (magnesium, zinc etc) brands that the health hackers recommend. Love your work guys.

Although sometimes informative, Adam has no background in nutrition so is a bit lacking in this area.

Great podcast, science based and practical advice that is simple to implement in your daily life. Just would be great if Alex could talk less over Adam as I can’t always hear what Adam is saying due to this and it loses the flow of information.

I have found this to be a fabulous podcast, I do wish they would speak just a little slower, so much information plainly delivered.

Is there a FB page or blog to get all the hacks? Can you post a link to the site please? Have a great Easter

The health hacker is full of great information broken down into simple jargon free action items, that Adam refers to as hacks to make us healthier. Love that Adam also uses scientific studies to back his hacks and the chemistry between him and his producer is great.

Often I listen to health podcasts but the presenter has done very little research or has sourced data from non peer...Read full review »
