I used to love this podcast but now I can’t listen without hearing “you know” from Adam every two or three words. Perhaps better prep would help. For now, I’m unsubscribing.

Love your work! Information central. What about a show about how to change your diet and exercise routine as a woman entering peri menopause as the body composition shifts with hormone fluctuations. Very unsettling times for a lot of women. Please consider, thanks again. 🤗

Have always enjoyed the podcast and the content. Also do like Dr Fuller and when he is on but seems a bit unthoughtful to have a male doctor on the show rather than give the opportunity to a women’s doctor as I assume this episode is targeted at women...

Great podcast but it’s hard to take the host seriously with his speech impediment at times, E.g. “wif” for with “Feory” for theory “Healf” for health Who knew there were so many words with the “th” sound. With respect, it’s very distracting. Apart from that, great content!

The health hacker is full of great information broken down into simple jargon free action items, that Adam refers to as hacks to make us healthier. Love that Adam also uses scientific studies to back his hacks and the chemistry between him and his producer is great.
