Adam and Alex break down some health and eating principles, to make their tips easy to digest. This show helped me understand some of the basics of nutrition, and the format focuses on reiterating these principles and dropping a few odd knowledge bombs. Football fans could listen to Mad Dog all day, so why not benefit from his experience? Personally, as a 30 odd year old man, it’s the only thing that has stuck with me when I’m making healthy life and food choices.
