Great Podcast
Gday Adam and Alex- love this podcast I listen to it whilst driving, and I work outdoors, alone a lot so I have it playing on my phone in my pocket too! Love The Man Shakes and have been on them for a good while now and they are great for keeping me full throughout the day. I grew up, think breakfast was the most important meal of the day, and so used to smash the cereal in the morning 8-10 weet-bix, big milo etc etc. Show suggestion: I now have a daughter of my own who is 4 and I have a son due in February, I was wondering, once my daughter starts going to school etc what’s a good thing for kids to eat for breakfast, to get the best start for the day and to create good habits for them from the get go. I know you have the ‘kid shake’ which I want to try for my daughter, at the moment she usually eats a bit of yogurt and a banana or some toast, in the car on the way to daycare. I was wondering what are your hacks for getting going in the morning with dropping kids off to daycare/ school and getting to work? Keep up the great work!
