Questionable content
Tom used to post a lot of content that inspires me, but as I my education progressed I got concerned about the health claims of his guests. Hacks like Ben Greenfield and Shawn Stevenson push pseudoscience and conspiracy while casting doubt on practices with more evidence and benefit....Read full review »

Amazing show!
Massively awesome info to change your life from mediocre to excellent! One suggestion… your language is getting increasingly worse. The F bombs and MF bombs are getting distracting. Makes it harder to share with family and friends that are sensitive to bad language and it really does take away...Read full review »
