Do you feel like your emotions are getting in the way of being able to consistently live healthy?
Maybe you just keep going to food when you’re overwhelmed and stressed. Maybe you find yourself dependent on exercise to work off the calories you’ve eaten. Maybe you just don’t feel emotionally stable and want things to change but you don’t know where to start.
Maybe you’re wondering if God even cares about your emotions or maybe you’re wondering if God can really handle all of the deep down dark stuff in your heart.
I’m here to encourage you today that relating to God on an emotional level is a gift He’s given us. The safest place for our emotions is with God. But sometimes that still feels scary and I want to talk about it today.
I want to share with you what I’ve learned about how to relate to God on an emotional level, why it's important to your health and 3 steps to get you started.
I’d been praying about what to share with you after so many episodes of guest interviews and God came through! This is what He put on my heart to share and I hope will be just what you need to hear today.
My prayer is that you are blessed and encouraged as you continue forward in living healthy and empowered for the glory of God!
In Joy,
Lauren
P.S. If you enjoyed this episode (or any episode), will you take a moment to share it with a friend? My heart is that more women can be reached and encouraged by what God shares through me on this podcast and one of the best ways for that to happen is by YOU sharing it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for tuning in each week and for taking the time to share it!
