I've been on a bit of a social media detox AND been very diligent about using the "do not disturb" feature on my iphone. It's been immensly helpful in reducing some stress and anxiety and keeping me focused on work (and my kiddos).
In this episode, I'm delving into the impact of social media and our constant connection to our cell phones on various aspects of our lives. I'm explorinig how these digital technologies can impact us -- including productivity, mental health, and memory. And as always, I'm sharing things that have helped me, and my clients, with creating habits and routines that reduce our reliance (or addiction) to these apps and tools.
