When her mother was diagnosed with dementia, Alexandria stepped in as a full-time caregiver. Grief, stress, and depression affected her mind and body, until she took control of her well-being. I follow Minaa B. almost religiously, and she has helped me in so many ways, so first of all, go follow Minaa B. on Instagram because she is the best! I also use Flo every single month to help me track and understand my moods and my period, so this podcast is a win win! I’ve also had to have surgery in the past to remove painful fibroids, so it’s also really interesting to me to hear other women’s experiences with them. Thank you for making this!

I just listened to the 1st episode on the ‘Flo’ app and I loved it. Hearing stories from other people with periods and listening to a doctor insight really help me with my approach to health. I can’t wait for episode 2!💕
