So grateful for your outlook on wellness

I am so happy I found your podcast! I listen to a lot, so I’m skeptical when another influencer starts a podcast. But I love your content; it’s like hearing a conversation with a friend. I love your balanced outlook on health and wellness and your tangible, practical tips. I’ve really been struggling with being hard on myself around my “unhealthy” habits or not having the perfect morning routine, but you remind me that wellness doesn’t have to look a certain way and it’s okay to have days where I don’t do all my wellness rituals.
Sending love and all the good vibes,
Kaylee
