I really enjoyed the fatphobia podcast! I have gained weight since being on psychiatric meds, getting older, and a host of other stressors. Needless to say, I’ve been incredibly hard on myself and the internalized fatphobia has been running rampant! It was relieving to know that I am an average...Read full review »

How do we ask about a topic we’d like you all to touch on for guidance, how do we email you or how do we go about asking ?
