5 stars for the song, 3 stars for the show
5 stars for one song. I subscribe to many podcasts. I almost never like songs on them. I prefer talk. But I was soooo enchanted with the song written and performed by Adam Cole at the end of Episode 1 (with Amanda McQueen). I had to listen twice and I’m saving it. It made me smile. It’s a Gershwyn-musical type song and it perfectly talked about 3 subjects mentioned in the show: an argument, switching tracks (train) and tea at the end. He added minor notes in a few places. Wonderful! 3 stars for the show. I wish they would change “Stopwatch Science.” Two guys speak in a rush to make a point in less than 60 seconds. They do this about 4 times. It’s hurried. I’d prefer they take more than a minute if necessary and make their points without the stress and rush. In other parts I wish they would go into more depth.

I listen to podcasts every single day. I'm a huge fan of most NPR shows. This podcast feels like recycled TED talks. Or Invisibilia without the interesting stories and depth. It's disappointing.Read full review »

I have listened to the first 3 episodes so far. While I enjoyed the topics covered in episodes 1 & 2, nothing delved in...Read full review »
