We're introduced to the Ghost of Hidden Harbor, a spirit that protects the innocent of Hidden Harbor.  In a battle both real and psychological, our heroine defeats the Neighborhood Watch and arrives home just in time for a charity dinner at Wilson Manor.  But things are not as they seem at Barbara Wilson's homestead.
