Depression is usually overlooked and isn’t given much importance as it should. Let’s educate our parents and those who seem to not know so we are able to help one another 🤗🤗

Let’s stop blaming people for not being happy,you have the power to control how someone/situations affect you,no happy person had it all figure it out or has everything going as planned,but they made a choice to be happy.. so do the same.. Love yourself to know that you too deserve to be happy,everyday all day🤗
