Great show but …

He share a product, but did not spell the name. And did not share it in the show notes, instead, encourages a visit to the website. But I’m on my phone and on the go so that did not result in me getting information. Please use the show notes or show notes. I do most of my listening in the car is the best I can do is a screen grab. Thanks

So thankful this podcast exists

I couldn’t have found this at a better time. I’ve had a long and winding health journey, with strange symptoms and various visits to various doctors, all of them giving me their different diagnoses (and sometimes not even that.) None of them have mentioned a histamine intolerance. I’m almost positive this is what’s going on with me, so I really appreciate all of the digestible (no pun intended) first-hand information!
