Low hanging fruit
I love Dr. Young’s approach because he emphasizes the idea of “low hanging fruit” in almost every discussion. He has helped me think about the small changes I can make in my daily routine that will improve my health and appearance, which lead to better mentality. Today’s takeaways for me: get outside for some sunshine, schedule bedtime to adjust my sleep cycle, get back to reading at a book bedtime instead of reading my iPad. Thanks, Doc!
