It's our season finale! We would like to thank all of our listeners for supporting us through another season. This episode is dedicated to you. We're having some fun with this topic: women and swearing. There seems to be a lot of shame directed at women when they swear. Let's break this down. Join us as we feature the Vocal Fries Podcast and drink delicious craft beer from Beavertown Brewery.

S2E9 - White people, it is all of us.

THE PENULTIMATE EPISODE or if you're basic like Amanda the second to last episode of Season 2 is here! We're drinking some delicious beer from Brew York and Harviestoun. We get some life updates from Amanda & Becki, but most importantly for the first time on Homebrewed Feminism, we have an episode specifically to help the White People. Even if you are the most Anti-racist of the Anti-racists you probably have some blind spots. If you're thinking "I could definitely be doing more with my Anti-racism" then you're like us! Featuring the Facing Ourselves Podcast this week we learn what kinds of racism there are so we can start identifying it and doing the work. There are some awesome recommendations at the end of this one so don't miss it!

Join Amanda and Becki this week as they discuss internalised misogyny and the way it comes up in romantic comedies, time and time again. Even when you love romantic comedies, you're allowed to criticise them. Features this week include the Vulva La Revolution podcast, Black Sheep Brewery and Jumpship Brewing.

Great Content!

Feels like sitting down for a drink and a chat with good friends! I love the range of topics and the variety of perspectives that Amanda and Becki explore. The world needs more strong, inclusive, feminist voices, so keep it up! Cheers! 🥂

I’m loving Amanda & Becky!

You ladies have been bringing so many powerful women and feminist topics forward in such a relatable way. I loved your discussion in episode 3 about experience gaps. You guys might like Cat and Nat - a pair incredible moms in Canada who want to share those unpopular mom feelings and experiences. It’s amazing to me that so many women have similar experiences and want to gain more female relationships but still are so hard on each other. We need to find ways to give each other more grace because being a woman in any role is hard enough. I can’t wait to hear more from you amazing ladies!

Great Podcast!

Beer + great conversations? It makes me feel like I’m at a bar, pre-covid. Keep up the great work, Amanda and Becki! Can’t wait for more to come.
