Understanding “most” of what I’m hearing here
I’m really just getting into all grain brewing and I know I have a lot to learn. I have a few books that help a lot and listen to a lot of podcasts and of course YouTube. I find you’re podcast one of the best. It brings information that I need to know and in a way that I understand (most of the time)and it’s presented in a way that’s also entertaining and not completely over my head. Sometimes other podcasts ( probably due to my lack of knowledge) are teaching chemistry 510. I’m more of a chemistry 101 student. I really enjoy brewing and want to thank you for your contribution to my brewing education. I really enjoyed your last cast with Thomas J. Miller. It was a lot of good information and his book sounds interesting also.

Great timing I was looking to do my own BrewBlox system and this episode popped up. It was great insight to the software and how what the user experience is like. I am glad I found this podcast! I am currently working though the back episodes.

Holy crap, this guy rambles all his ads of in one chunk for 7-10 minutes at the beginning of each episode. My suggestion: Try to break up the mind numbing promos and pleas for money.
