Best podcast I listen to

I listen to many different podcasts related to craft beer and home brewing and this is by far the most informative one I listen to. The information about hops goes beyond the typical novice information that you sometimes get and delves deep into the science behind why hops give you the flavors and aromas they do as well as why they should be used one versus another. Not for the faint of heart, there is a lot of heady information and I’ve had to listen to some podcasts multiple times in order to glean everything from the episode. I really hope there is going to be more episodes soon. This is by far my favorite podcast.

Epic Pod

Thanks lads for content. Is absolutely too scientific for me, but i love it!! Gives me more of a goal to understand my beer on a deeper level. Would love to actually go to the school some day. Keep rolling out this awesome content and till next time, prost!

By far the best

I’ve never written or rated a podcast. Ever. But these guys deserve it. The hop oil fraction podcast has some of the best insight into hop compounds and how some hops accentuate flavor notes of others (I’ve played through it several times already). If you are curious about how hops interact throughout EVERY step in the brewing process, then this is a must.
