We want to be your support system by sharing real stories and proving that community is vital to recovery. Together we can break the stigma around depression and anxiety and bring HOPE to the world.

Disrespect of basic Jewish ideals
The ideals and views that you represent and support go directly against basic Jewish principles. I love listening to Matana’s interviews and stories that are shared on the podcast. As she says “Because in mental health together it’s always better” turned out to be true. I sincerely recommend everyone to give it a chance and enjoy. I know for sure anyone will regret that.
