“Tried to get into this podcast for a bit but there is not enough research behind it and the hosts are too ignorant on the topics they try to speak about outside of the actual movies. The episode that made me turn away from this podcast for good was the Train to Busan review, in which the hosts didn’t even bother making an effort to remember the characters’ names, and the whole bit on fetishisation of Asian women & their dream of being fetishised was so tasteless, especially considering this was weeks after multiple Asian women were murdered for that reason.
If you don’t know what you’re talking about don’t speak on it to an audience. Skip this podcast, it’s not worth it.”
