3 guidelines for improving how my horse moves
There was so much thought inspiring information in this podcast. I found out I am in the unhealthy biomechanics camp cuz I’ve been flopping along, worried about asking my horse for too much, stressing him out and being soft, going freestyle but really not getting to the healthy sweet spot, the healthy movement and really searching continually, not quite enjoying enough. Thanks Karen… I’m not a great one for podcasts, usually prefer video, but this challenged me to listen and take in. Love your webcast! Thank you so much
