“I'm pretty picky when it comes to podcasts, but without a doubt, the Hospital Podcast is a lighthouse among a fog-laden sea of wannabes.
Some people seem to be bent out of shape about Tony Coleman's banter over the tunes (I think it's an American criticism), but it's a traditional (read: legacy of UK pirate radio) means of ensuring that people don't rip the tracks and support the artist. If you listen to drum n' bass shows on BBC, you'll hear it there, too. Once you can appreciate that, it's all good.
Either way, Hospital's been one of my fave labels for over six years and continues to be. I've put many a drum n' bass newbie onto this 'cast, and they've been hooked ever since. It doesn't get much better than this!”Read full review »
