what to do when you don't achieve your goals.
I'm back!! I took a few months off of the podcast to get back on track with my grad school work, but I am so excited to be back here with you! A few updates to share with you...
1. New podcasts will be posted every Monday!
2. Occasionally, I'll be posting video podcasts on YouTube and the audio podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc. This one is also available on YouTube if video is more your style! So, if you hear me mention anything about a video in today's podcast, that's why. :)
But anyways, back to the podcast! In today's episode, I talk about my "failed" new years goals for January and share some ideas on how you can turn things around for the new month. Let's get into it!

The episodes are short and to the point, but have enough good, realistic advice to be helpful. I feel like I’m getting something out of each episode so far. Hope encourages you to be gentle with yourself while trying to work routines into your life, and I’ve found that very important personally, when trying to create (and stick to) new routines.

I catch episodes on my way to work sometimes. I really enjoy and looking forward to new ones.
