So relatable

I’ve had depression for ten years and been doing it alone don’t really have friends just me and my fiancé who has depression too that helps having someone that knows but finding this podcast and only listening to a few episodes I can already relate. I’m so great full y’all put depression out there to help people that don’t have the people to have your corner or can afford therapy. This helps from feeling alone
