A Keeper!
Koren, your podcast interviews are part of my weekly practice and a source of much conversation, reflection, referrals and change for the better. But this week you outdid yourself with interviewing Michael Bungay Stanier (episode: Leadership + Great Work), one of my daily podcast favs. This, however, is a keeper episode to have you both in one place - how did I get so lucky? - and one that I will come back to over and over. Let's just say there's so much to extract it's tough to know where to begin. But here's one: to align my takeaway with your show's place in my weekly "inner game" practice I connected with piece on "being whole, not good". There is power in self-awareness and commitment as one's whole self not just the good bits. That is the place to find vulnerability, passion, inspiration, acceptance, focus, relentless perseverance and greatness to change the world. Your interview calls this forth in neon lights. I shall be recommending it to others, especially clients working out the small "L" leadership and capital "L" Leadership game. Thank you!Read full review »

I love this self-empowerment show. What I find incredible and smile worthy is that Koren is often BETTER than her own guests. She's better at summarizing their points and their messages than they are. As a life coach and an academic, I guess that she has often had to condense and simplify...Read full review »
