Helped me survive Burnout
I’m not great with podcasts for many reasons but when I got diagnosed with burnout this year (thanks Covid and ridiculous workload!) I had time on my hands. Discovering this podcast has changed my way of thinking, my approach to failure and honestly I’m not sure I would have recovered without it. The guests are spectacular, Elizabeth Day’s interview styles is so personable that you can’t help but feel like you’re sat in a pub listening to friends! This has been therapy for me - and I have recommended it to EVERYONE! Can’t wait for the next episode 😊 I cannot thank you enough.
