Amazing HR Podcast!

I’ve been loving this HR podcast. Binged the podcast in days. As an HR professional I’m always seeking knowledge for professional development and love seeking the perspective of others in the industry. Thank you to the team that create content for the show!

Some decent stuff here, but lacks substance

I've listened to and even attended some of these and I think they can be helpful to a certain audience, maybe those earlier in their HR career. However, there is little substance here. Lots of talk about connecting things to the mission, vision values, but very little actual examples of how to do that. Anita is the most guilty of this and often provides concepts or theories without diving into real examples or things can people can actually use.

Perfect example is the Adam Weber episode. You have this amazing HR thought leader on and I barely got anything out of it. Compare that to the HR Heretics episode Adam was on and it is night and day.

I want a podcast that gets me to stop and think about how I'm doing things and this rarely makes me so that.
