This is an excellent podcast. I’m a primary teaching assistant, currently in KS1, with with a keen interest in early years. I love listening to the Hygge in the early years podcasts as they are just the right length to listen too while relaxing with a cuppa. Hygge in the Early years has had a positive impact on my work life balance. We all need to think about our own well being as well as the little people we work with.
