Did not answer the question in the title
I fell in love with my baby the moment she was born, which was by emergency caesarean and I look back on that moment with pure joy. I wanted to know if hypnobirthing may help during my second, but instead of finding the answer to that question, this podcast describes only the benefits of ‘natural’ vaginal birth and only the negatives of a birth with medical intervention - it describes one as euphoric and the other as failure. Women should know that is possible to have a positive birth experience no matter the method, no matter if it doesn’t go to plan, no matter if intervention is required. This podcast should focus on what it can do to help women through vaginal birth without instilling fear and failure into those who did need medical intervention for the safe delivery of their baby.
