“I was really hoping to find practical positive birthing and hypnobirthing advice in this podcast but there is so much negativity around hospital birth that I just found it damaging. I do not have another choice besides having a hospital birth with an obstetrician where I live, and all the negativity put forth about even wearing a hospital gown just made my anxiety worse, rather than helping me cope with my reality.”
