Starting with ads? Really?
This is a great pod and I’ve been listening for years now (starting with the trauma bonding of 2020). I mostly enjoy this pod, except for the fact that they start every single episode with MINUTES of ads. Up to 3 minutes. Is that really necessary?? I have to start the pod by hitting the fast forward button ten times. That plus doing it two more times later in the episode. It’s also not obvious enough of a difference in sound to know what is an ad and what is not, so I’m constantly backtracking and getting frustrated. Cant you add some background music to your ads? I know they are inevitable but come onnnnn. It would make the experience so much better. Also, Erin and Alyssa need to be more comfortable with having an opinion that is different than their guest’s or panel members’ opinion. Y’all couldn’t even do fight club right because of it. We can’t progress as a society without being able to talk about our different opinions/experiences in a respectable and constructive way, and this show is lacking that dialogue that would make it so much more colorful and not just another pod afraid of not being woke enough.

I finally found someone who is in love with spritzers just as much as me Bc all my friends think I’m watering down my wine. I may be a lightweight but now I am empowered and I love the hysteria women a whole whole lot
