“I love this podcast and I know that Alyssa and Erin are trying to be representative of all women BUT I think they occasionally miss the mark. For example, when talking about Matt Gaetz, they described him as a frat boy, which he IS. But what he REALLY is is a white frat boy. Black fraternities, while having their own measure of masculinity, are different. One guests said briefly that she felt out of place being one of the only black people at a frat party and they just ran right over that. So, women are trying to come together as a community, but there will be a continuing need to differentiate between white feminism and black feminism as long as whiteness is the default. And from listening to this podcast, that is the case.”
