Just got turned on to this podcast and I love it. Just listened to the episode on PTSD from the VA. Great information, though I wish she would have referenced the fact that trauma is a spectrum and PTSD is a 10/10, less well known is that Borderline Personality Disorder is now considered a 9/10 on this spectrum.
Anyone with the least bit of interest on this topic needs to read The Body Keeps The Score by Bessel Van der Kolk.
