This album Investigates recent debates in sociology, cultural theory and psychoanalysis, and explores the nature of social identity, ‘socialisation’, subjectivity and personhood. The case studies explore the value and relevance of different theoretical frameworks for understanding identity by applying the main concepts in real situations. The material is taken from The Open University course D853 Identity in question.

Misleading and short
I only listened to two of these lectures, but can't imagine that the others are better. Though the description indicates some sort of in-depth discussion, the podcasts range from 3 to 9 minutes in length, a good minute or more of which is taken up with introductions of the speakers and a description by a narrator of the topic to be discussed. The "Kleinian and Object Relations" lecture never even directly discussed identity, but instead had two practicing psychoanalysts make some fatuous and diplomatic remarks about similarities between practitioners of Kleinian analysis in Britain and Lacanian analysis in France. "Language approach" was no better.
