The start of a journey to bring mutual gender understanding

Tom Waterhouse is tackling a very thorny problem - how to help men understand how to bridge the gender privilege gap. I love the concept and I love the honesty of these conversations. I feel like I am eavesdropping on insights I would never get otherwise! Wonderful!!!!
