Ilhan Tok is born in 1937 in Duzce and is the owner of a magnanimous voice and unparalleled talent. His professional life saw him getting appointed as a Muezzin in Escudar mosque, Istanbul where he later got promoted to being an able Imam and a preacher in 1962. He stayed in the same designation till he retired from the service in 1981.
