Thank you for this podcast you are helping me so much. For years I’ve suffered and blamed myself and added to my shame. But with this teaching I am understanding myself in a new way. Leading to some compassion in baby step form. Hopefully leading to healthy change.

These women are truly inspiring and informative, especially when it comes to learning about trauma and how it affects the nervous system. Even if I wasn't doing any of the work, just listening to this podcast has been life changing! The awareness they help bring is a gift, and I use it...Read full review »

Appreciate the info, and I notice I get more depressed listening about ACEs, how f-ed up your health gets, doom of trauma, etc., versus “here’s what you can do to help yourself.” Many of us are in often in our parasympathetic nervous system as it is, so focusing on agency and what we can do...Read full review »

Always interesting topics and content! changing our perception about personality as in essence affected by the capacity in our nervous system. And possible to change through neurological exercises.

I've been listening to this podcast for several months. I can relate to a lot of what they discuss on the podcast. It's also educational if you're wanting to learn how trauma and the nervous system go hand-in-hand. I feel like my nerves are "fried" from my past trauma. I will...Read full review »

I love this podcast so much and what they share is very useful and healing information. But when jennifer starts reading off information about whatever theory, you can tell she is just reading off notes and it sounds like she’s reading off a teleprompter. It’s not genuine or personal it sounds...Read full review »

Jennifer’s voice is too shrill and her cadence is fast and breathless. It sounds stressed. It’s not appropriate for a podcast about trauma and somatic healing. I wish Elisabeth Kristoff had a podcast by herself

Love this podcast so much - so educational but not a boring listen. These topics can be pretty heavy but they make it easy to understand and digest. Thankyou!

I have never left a comment on a podcast, yet I must with this one. So far every episode is either a 45 min commercial or loaded with misinformation and neurosis. Listening to lost people try to lead is comical at best, but mostly just really cringe. Sound quality is really not great on some episodes either.
