She is passionate about positively impacting the mental health world through sharing her personal experiences and providing a community for people living with Bipolar disorder. Parental comfort

Listening to these letters and conversations has provided me great comfort and hope as our daughter — a teen — navigates her mental health issues. It has helped me understand that we still have a long road to travel, but more importantly, that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
