Its a great listen for people who are VERY interested in improv comedy, and want to hear the premiere performers and teachers at the UCB theater in LA discuss all things improv and comedy. Host Stephen Perlstein does a wonderful job as he probes his guests' deepest and darkest thoughts about their improv careers, improv theory/technique, and current improv and comedy endeavors.
You will love this podcast if you are studying long form improv and want to hear your teachers talk about how to get good, what they did to get where they are, and what its like to live and breath improv . Also, each episode is a study in obsession itself. Fun to listen to someone who is unabashedly obsessed and can pick the brains of guests who are equally passionate.
Last but not least, the theme song is really really great. Great job with the theme song! Top shelf in the theme song department. Really great work, theme song.”
