“This is supposed to be about the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin. In a trial, we must prioritize the facts of the case over everything else, but this podcast does almost the exact opposite. It does not cover the arguments that the prosecutors or defense counsel are making, and it does not cover what is happening in the court room on a daily basis. It simply assumes the officer is guilty based on emotional characterization of communities within Minneapolis. This is important to understanding the context of the trial, but absolutely fails i this is important to understanding the context of the protests, but it absolutely fails in explaining what is happening in the trial.”
