“This program is absolutely the best on BBC radio. Melvyn Bragg is an excellent host for an enormous variety of subjects and teams of experts. His excitement in the discussions is infectious and , while I love all of the programs, his science encounters with academic experts are the very best, in my view, because he is clearly fascinated by the subjects.
I also very much appreciate his other subject programs where he is more familiar with the content and can give the impression that he knows more than the experts.
But that doesn’t matter. I always learn something on my walks when In Our Time is talking to me!
