Full episode: Overcoming challenges with Helen Skelton

Now we catch up with the incredibly impressive Helen Skelton. Is there anything the former Blue Peter presenter can't do? As well as learning golf alongside Natalie, the 37-year-old also impressed on the gruelling 'SAS Who Dares Wins' programme where she went through some of the military's toughest tests. And if you thought that was hard, the mother of two also managed to complete the Namibia Ultra Marathon, which is a series of three marathons across the dessert in boiling temperatures...impressive is an understatement. She discusses how she manages to do these things whilst balancing motherhood and her other jobs! Another one not to miss, so have a listen!

Exceptional Interviews

Season 2 Episode 1: Mark Webber (September 2018). I’m a lifelong F1 fan and have enjoyed Natalie’s podcast since I discovered it during lockdown in early 2020. But today I decided to listen to some of the ‘back catalog’ - and was blown away with the Mark Webber episode. Great questions, and answers, and particularly interesting in to hear the ‘historical context’ from 2 years ago.

Good Pod!

Natalie does a great job with most of her episodes but they can feel a little like written interviews sometimes. However, what makes this pod great are the questions that she asks. They have thought, empathy and a warm tone to them that make it easy to listen to. Also, her discussions with some of her colleagues like Damon Hill, Paul di Resta and Jenson Button are just unbelievably good. They are the kind of episodes that you don't want to end. If you're looking for a podcast to start with, I'd suggest listening to her talk with Sir Jackie Stewart; it's such a lovely conversation.
