“What I love: Dr Berlin breaks things down in a very easy to understand way. This was my favorite podcast during my first pregnancy and is still my favorite now during my second.
He’s great at holding your attention and does I’m his interviews in a very conversational way that keeps me listening. I love it!
What I wish was different: He does a lot of before and after birth stories, which is great, but I wish he covered a few more topics.
He is a chiropractor and a doula and I think many other things so I would love to hear more of a breakdown on the importance of each of those during pregnancy and labor. Especially “what is a doula”.
Also Specifically I’d love to hear something on 2 under 2.
But over all, I highly highly recommend this podcast to any pregnant woman and for expecting parents!”
