This podcast is extremely problematic and dangerous. She is grossly unqualified to speak about real medical diagnoses, and actually perpetuates stigma against mentally ill people (many of which are at high risk to self-harm). She paints Cluster B personality disorders with a broad brush, ignoring the nuance that comes from individuals who are all at different stages in their mental health journeys. People don’t choose to get a personality disorder, they are a result of biology, trauma and abuse.
